This comparative study discusses the creation of Adam (peace be upon him) and presents a significant scientific argument regarding the treatment of Adam's creation in evolutionary theses, both in their purely materialistic versions and the thesis of directed evolution. The latter is distinguished from the materialistic thesis by its proponents' attempts to interpret the texts of holy books dealing with Adam's creation to align with their evolutionary inclinations and scientistic tendencies, after becoming frustrated with the clear contradiction between the claimed reality of evolution and explicit revelation. The researcher has tracked Arabic studies related to the directed evolution thesis, such as those by Dr. Abdul Sabour Shahin and Dr. Amr Sherif, and sought to expose their scientific problems and methodological slips. This study is considered a solid contribution to addressing the research scarcity in the Arab and Islamic library concerning the discussion of directed evolution theses.
