My journey with structural equation modeling began ten years ago while preparing my doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Management and Economics at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. My interest grew as I conducted training courses at various Malaysian universities over the past years, especially since this methodology is linked to my research specialty, Information Systems Management.

With the release of the first edition of the book, "A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling" in 2014, and the subsequent articles on the methodology by the authors themselves and other specialists, the idea of presenting the book to the Arab reader became a dream of mine. I then had the opportunity to meet the book's authors, Marco Sarstedt and Christian Ringle, on several occasions at international conferences in Malaysia, America, and China, and they encouraged me to translate it into Arabic.

This coincided with the release of the second edition of the book in 2017, which was exceptional in its content, especially for beginners. It combines the fundamentals of the methodology with its latest techniques in a simple, step-by-step approach, guiding the researcher from formulating the theoretical concept of the research to reporting the study's results and conclusions.
