When I began teaching the Civil Procedure Law course, specifically in the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, one of the most significant observations I made was the scarcity of Jordanian literature explaining the Civil Procedure Law. This put students in a difficult position, especially given the vast amount of information that characterizes this course. From that point on, I started developing a comprehensive study to explain the Jordanian Civil Procedure Law. I have done my utmost to adopt a simplified style in preparing this study, to include explanatory tables that simplify the understanding and absorption of information, and to support the explanation with the latest judicial rulings. Perhaps what increased my determination and persistence in creating this study is the practical importance of the Civil Procedure Law for members of the judiciary and legal professionals.

Praise be to God, my effort has culminated in the completion of this book. I hope it finds its way into the hands of legal professionals in general, and law students in Jordanian universities in particular, and that God will place it in the balance of my good deeds on the Day of Judgment.
