Add the ground beef and continue cooking until it's browned. Add the tomato sauce and spices (thyme, black pepper, and cinnamon). Allow the mixture to come to a boil, then let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. At the same time, prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour and stir until it becomes golden. Gradually add the milk while stirring until the sauce thickens. Then add the cheese and continue stirring until it melts. In a baking dish, layer the lasagna sheets, followed by a layer of the meat sauce, and then a layer of béchamel sauce. Repeat these steps until you run out of sheets. Arrange the ingredients to ensure that the lasagna ends with a layer of béchamel sauce on top. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the lasagna for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This is a basic method for making lasagna, and you can customize the fillings and sauces according to your preference, such as using vegetable or chicken filling. You can also try a white lasagna without tomato sauce by increasing the béchamel sauce and cheese. Enjoy!
