The Game of Life, also known simply as Life, is a board game originally created in 1860 by Milton Bradley, as The Checkered Game of Life. The first widely played parlor game in America was The Game of Life. The game mimics a person's journey through life, including employment, marriage, and potential childbearing, from college to retirement. A game can have two, four, or six players in it.
