How do you keep your lipstick a deep, bright colour all day long? The durability of any lipstick is increased by using a base, which can be a powder, a foundation or a corrector. Before putting on your lipstick, apply a small amount of base to the entire lip area or just to the edges. Applying lip pencil also makes your lipstick last longer throughout the day.
